Scientific Name Erithacus rubecula
Description Breeds in woods, gardens, parks and on the edge of forests, generally in dense vegetation on the edge of open areas. Feeds on insects, snails, worms. Nests in tree hollows, crevices, among others. Upper parts brown, belly white, but distinguishable by its reddish breast, cheeks, and throat; legs brown; brown beak is short and fine.
