Scientific Name Lacerta dugesii
Description Adults measure normally from 10 to 15 cm, although some can reach the 20 cm in length. Colour varies from light brown to dark grey. There is sexual dimorphism, as the males have a yellow nuptial pad on the lower part of the hind legs and the females don’t. As with all lizards, it is able to detach its tail when threatened.
