Scientific Name Sturnus vulgaris granti
Description Nests in holes in bridges, walls, houses, etc. Resembles a Blackbird, mostly in its size and colour. However, differs in its posture (long, pointed beak more visible), in flight (you can see the short tail and short pointed wings in comparison to the Blackbird) and on the ground. Plumage is variable, black with white speckles (winter) or purplish green metallic sheen. Legs are pinkish-brown.
