These data will be treated by an information system and are destined to give to the user the possibility of personalisation of the Portal of the Regional Government of Azores, enabling access to areas destined exclusively to registered users and, finally, also the pre-filling of these data in on-line forms. User Registration is the operation through which the user makes himself or herself known to the system behind the Portal. An identification of the user in the system (username/password) is given in the moment of the Registration; from that moment onwards the user will be able to access the private area of the portal. The user has the right to access, correct, modify or eliminate these data; to do so, the user should address personally or by writing the entity responsible for the data treatment, CITI, Centro de Informática e Tecnologias da Informação da Direcção Regional da Ciência e Tecnologia do Governo Regional dos Açores.
