Carlos Machado Museum and Cresaçor promote craft workshop "From Milk to Fresh Cheese"

The Regional Directorate for Culture, through the Carlos Machado Museum, will organise a craft production workshop, "From Milk to Fresh Cheese," next Friday, August 21, at 10:30 AM.

The workshop follows the exhibition titled "Beyond the Landscape," which is open to the public at "Casa do Parque" (Park House) in Sete Cidades Crater Lake. It is promoted by the Carlos Machado Museum in partnership with Cresaçor and the Regional Centre for Handicrafts.

The event will take place at Eco-Atlântida shop and will be guided by Maria de Jesus Costa. Its primary purpose is to recognise the value of local knowledge and provide visitors with the opportunity to experience the community life of Sete Cidades.

Participation in this workshop, which has limited capacity, is subject to previous registration, which must be made by telephone 296 295 177 (Eco-Atlântida Shop) and 296 202 930 (Carlos Machado Museum). Participants must pay a registration fee of five Euros.

The Regional Directorate for Culture informs that this and other events are available for consultation at the Cultural Agenda of the CulturAçores Portal at the electronic address www.culturacores.azores.gov.pt.
