At the Press Support Office (GaCS) of the Azorean Government we have a team always ready to disseminate all the institutional information within the Region and abroad.

Our mission is to ensure the collection, processing and dissemination of all the information on the activities of the various departments of the Regional Government as well as of other entities of the regional autonomous administration.  

We intend to disseminate the most relevant events of the Azorean reality within the Region and abroad.

From the actions and statements of the President of the Government and of other members of the government to the Civil Protection warnings and Public Health recommendations, everything is arranged in order to support Media bodies in their mission to inform and to, directly, address at the general public.

For such the website http://www.azores.gov.pt/GaCS is at your disposal, where all the information is provided near real-time, being permanently updated. In addition to the written news, we also provide, whenever possible, audiovisual documents.
