Legislative Assembly approved Regional Plan and Budget

The Regional Annual Plan and Budget for 2013 were approved by majority at the Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of the Azores in the city of Horta on Friday morning.

The members of PS voted for the approval of the Regional Annual Plan for 2013 while the members of CDS-PP, BE, PCP and PPM voted against; PSD abstained from vote.

As for the Region's Budget for 2013, it was also approved by PS; the members of CDS-PP, BE, PCP and PPM voted against it. Once again, the members of PSD abstained from vote.

The Legislative Assembly of the Azores also approved the Medium-Term Guidelines for 2013-2016. The document was approved by PS whereas the remaining parties voted against.
