The DROPTT to be able to secure its Politics of Quality has to intervene in a conjugated and planned way on the next factors:

· Appropriate and continuous formation of the collaborators aiming at the maintenance and the reinforcement of its competence for the realization of the tasks that are committed to it;

· Sensitization of all the collaborators for the Quality in a way to secure their participation and involvement in processes of continuous improvement;

· Availability of the means and conditions of work that make so that the collaborators feel highly able and caused to supply services with the characteristics applied by the legislation and by the clients;

· Cooperation with other public and private organisms and entities in a way to be able to answer with efficacy and efficiency to their solicitations;

· Regular analysis of its internal performance and of the impact next to the users, namely as for their satisfaction and expectations, in way to unchain actions of improvement aiming at the excellence of the given services;

· Establishment and maintenance of initiatives able to secure that the legislation is known and applied;

· Definition and optimization of proceedings able to secure that the activities inherent to the DROPTT are correctly fulfilled in a perspective, without bureaucracy and with responsibility.
