The Regional Tourism Inspectorate, as the market supervisory entity of this sector, informs that regional tour operators may join the Electronic Complaints Book, which is available at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/.
The membership period runs until July 1. Interested economic agents must register on the LRE (Electronic Complaints Book) platform using the business activity code - CAE (Portuguese Classification of Economic Activities).
Additionally, suppliers of goods and service providers are required to ensure the access to the Digital Platform on their websites, which should be displayed in a clearly visible place on the site.
The suppliers of goods and service providers that do not have websites must provide an email address for receipt of complaints submitted through the Digital Platform.
