"Love and Poetry" at Ponta Delgada Public Library

Following the organisation of theme film cycles, the Ponta Delgada Public Library and Regional Archives will screen various films on the theme "Love and Poetry" in February and March to celebrate Valentine's Day (February 14) the World Poetry Day (March 21).

The programme includes sessions addressed at children and youngsters as well as the screening of Oscar-winning films such as "Shakespeare in Love," directed by John Madden in 1998, and "Dead poets Society," a film by Peter Weir premiered in 1989.

With free admission sessions, the films will be screened at the Collective Screening Room on Saturdays.
