Luís da Silva Ribeiro Public Library promotes public consultation on its activities
The Regional Directorate for Culture, through the Luís da Silva Ribeiro Public Library and Regional Archive in Angra do Heroísmo, will conduct a public consultation until November 13, taking into consideration its role in knowledge dissemination.
The initiative, designated as "Public Consultation: Give your Contribution to the Activities of Luís da Silva Ribeiro Public Library and Regional Archive," aims to mobilise the participation of civil society and its involvement with the institution. The new facilities in Rua do Morrão offer dynamic features as well as several services available to citizens and the community.
This public consultation aims to identify a common field for a more inclusive action, both individually and collectively. Those who wish to participate should fill in a form on paper format or online, available on the official website of BPARLSR (www.bparah.azores.gov.pt / html / index.html) and on Facebook (www.facebook.com/BPARLSR/).
This form focuses on the identification of areas, activities and proposals for public interest projects.
The holding of a public consultation also reflects the openness of the institution to civil society through the implementation of equal opportunities and active forms of public participation in order to assert itself as a space for the training and empowerment of citizens.
The Regional Directorate for Culture informs that this and other events may be consulted in the Cultural Agenda of the CulturAçores Portal at the address: www.culturacores.azores.gov.pt.
