Promoted by the Horta Museum, a workshop titled "Shadow Puppet Theatre" will be held from Monday, October 22, to Friday on the island of Faial. The initiative is addressed at preschool and elementary school students.

In addition to the organisation of a small shadow play, this activity is also intended to provide children the opportunity of using their own bodies to make shadow plays, projected on screen.

This activity will be conducted in classes; teachers may schedule the participation in this initiative via telephone or electronic address.

The workshop will have a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes, which may vary according to the age and number of participants. This initiative will take place at Horta Museum until November 30.
