The Pharmacy Lecquoc House is more recent than the aforementioned buildings. It is an urban property whose decoration anticipates the fin de siècle atmosphere of the 1800s.
The Building Heritage Inventory of the Azores describes the House of Comendador Eduardo Bulcão, already built in the 20th century, "as an urban corner house with two floors and an attic, and with an overbearing eclectic decoration." It "demonstrates a desire to reconcile the principles of Estado Novo (New State) architecture, commonly known as "'Soft Portuguese style.'"
