The public call for tenders to award the contract works for the reconstruction, recovery and renewal of the buildings where the Vila do Porto day nursery will be installed was published in the Official Gazette on Friday.

The work was launched by the Regional Secretariat for Employment and Social Solidarity with a base price of 1,336,000.00 Euros and a completion period of ten months.

This contract work includes demolitions, excavations, peripheral containment, stability, installations, water, sewage and electrical systems, telecommunications, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, integrated security, pantry and laundry equipments, furniture, signalling and identification, accessibility, thermal equipments, acoustic conditioning and outdoor spaces.

Bids must be submitted until 4 PM of the 54th day after the date of publication of this notice at Rua Margarida de Chaves no. 103, 2nd floor, in Ponta Delgada.
