Public call for tenders for the renewal and expansion works of Senhora da Piedade Elderly Home published in the Official Gazette

The opening notice of the public call for tenders for the renewal and expansion works of the Senhora da Piedade Elderly Home in the municipality of Lajes do Pico was published today in the Official Gazette. The works have a base price set at 590 thousand Euros.

This contract work, which is included in the Regional Public Works Chart, is funded by the Azorean Government through the Regional Secretariat for Social Solidarity.

Following these renewal and expansion works, the Senhora da Piedade Elderly Home will have a capacity for 26 people.
With this initiative, the Government of the Azores aims to improve the living conditions of the elderly in the municipality of Lajes do Pico.
