Rui Gregório Cordeiro dos Santos is a native of the civil parish of Fajã de Cima (Ponta Delgada).
Degree in Business Organisation and Management from the University of the Azores in the 1990/91 academic year.
Successful completion of the Advanced Management Programme for Executives/Postgraduate School of the Portuguese Catholic University (1996).
Member of the Portuguese Association of Economists.
Member of the Association of Certified Accountants.
Professional Experience:
• Since January 2006, he has been the Land Transport Coordinator - Regional Directorate for Transport (IX, X, XI and XII Azorean Regional Government), with a renewed appointment by Order no.1746/2017 of August 24, 2017;
• May 1998 to December 2005 - Head of the Financial Control Department by secondment (Documentation and Financial Control Service) - Regional Secretariat for Housing and Infrastructures;
• May 1995 to May 1998 - Head of the Administrative and Financial Control Department by secondment (Planning and Financial Control Office) - Regional Secretariat for Housing and Infrastructures;
• Principal Adviser of the Documentation and Financial Control Service Staff - Regional Secretariat for Housing and Infrastructures.
