Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a specialisation in Energy and Systems (1999) at Instituto Superior Técnico (Lisbon School of Engineering).
Postgraduation in Maintenance Management (2014).
Professional Experience
From July of 2015 to present, he served as administrator of the company Portos dos Açores S.A.
From February 2008 to June 2015, he held managing positions at the Operations Department and at the Department of Equipment and Infrastructure Management of the Ponta Delgada and Vila do Porto ports at the company Portos de São Miguel e Santa Maria, S.A.
Until February 2008, he worked in the private sector, namely in the coordination and management of works in the areas of electrical installations and power distribution networks as well as in area of telecommunications.
