The Employment and Vocational Training Observatory was created in 1998 and its responsibilities are currently set out in the Regional Implementing Decree no.2/2007/A of January 30. This entity is responsible for processing social statistics and conducting studies in the areas of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training.
