The Regional Inspectorate of Economic Activities is the first inspection entity in the Azores to implement the LRE - Electronic Complaints Book, available at the address https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/.
 
The implementation of the Electronic Complaints Book has been mandatory since July and, for that reason, regional economic operators should follow the steps defined in the Support Handbook - Economic Operators that was recently published on the Regional Inspectorate of Economic Activities website (www.irae.azores.gov.pt).
 
Economic operators are required to register on the LRE platform (Electronic Complaints Book), which should be made using the main activity registered under CAE - Portuguese Classification of Economic Activities
 
In case of registration difficulties or need to change it, economic operators should call 217 810 875 or send an email to [email protected]. Additionally, they may contact the Regional Inspectorate of Economic Activities services.
 
Regional Inspectorate of Economic Activities is the administrative authority, under the jurisdiction of the Vice-Presidency of the Government, responsible for economic supervision in the Autonomous Region of the Azores.
