As part of its work, the IRAE provides a service for consumers and economic agents which enables them to report any activity which is damaging to their interests and also constitutes an economic offence or an offence against public health.

The IRAE cannot settle consumer disputes, since this is the responsibility of other private or public entities which citizens must apply to, whenever they consider it necessary, in order to safeguard their rights and defend their legally established interests.
