The Regional Administrative Inspectorate, shortly designated by IAR, is the Civil Service of the Vice-Presidency of the Regional Government in charge for preparing and executing the actions connected with the competence of the Regional Government as for the exercise of the protection of inspection of legality on the autarchic local administration, as well as on the services of the autonomous regional administration, including the public institutes that search the nature of personalized services or of public funds, being still responsible for the control of second level of the actions financed by the communitarian funds, in the terms of the law.
