In a context of dissemination, growing use of Information and Communication Technologies and improvement of the service rendered by the Regional Public Administration to citizens, the RIAC (Integrated Network for Support to the Citizen) provides a wide range of services in its 38 Posts already installed in all Azorean municipalities, facilitating the citizens’ access to the Regional, Central and Local Public Administration as well as to other public or private entities.

Being aware of the need of services that increasingly facilitate citizens’ life; the RIAC intends to gradually provide online services, allowing citizens to access public and private services anywhere, anytime.
