Under the partnership with SIC Internacional, established since 2015, the Vice-Presidency of the Government, through SDEA - Society for Business Development of the Azores, promotes the airing of the first season of "Azores Brand World" from Monday, September 17, joining the celebrations of the 21st anniversary of this television station.
 
After being featured in "Alô Portugal" and being shot on several islands of the archipelago over the last three years, SIC Internacional will now air the first season of "Azores Brand World" in a total of 40 programmes. They are scheduled to be aired in three different time slots from Monday to Friday in various European and African countries as well as in North America.
 
Each programme shows all the production components of numerous products in the agri-food sector as well as the daily activities of the services and establishments that have joined the Azores Brand in various companies throughout the archipelago, which stand out for being "Certified by Nature."
 
The "Azores Brand World" began to be aired on SDEA's digital channels. In 2017, it included in the programme schedule of the Portuguese Chanel in the USA, followed by City TV in Canada and, now, in the schedule of SIC Internacional.
 
Currently, another 40 programmes are being recorded for the second season, which is scheduled to debut in the last quarter of this year.
 
With the "Azores Brand World" and its dissemination in different media, the Government of the Azores continues the strategy towards the promotion of Azorean products. Furthermore, it will encourage customer loyalty and the access to new markets, the expansion of exports and the reinforcement of competitiveness among Azorean companies.
