The Autonomous Region of the Azores, through NONAGON - São Miguel Science and Technology Park, will be present at TECNET Business Camp, which runs in S. João da Madeira from today until Saturday.
The Azorean representation includes three beneficiaries of NONAGON business incubation programme, namely Cereal Games, Sónia Pereira Atelier and Core Protein project.
TECNET is an event dedicated to technology, business, innovation and entrepreneurship, with a strong presence of Iberian companies. It is directed to all those who wish to create and leverage projects and businesses.
The participation of start-ups and regional projects in this event will allow them to increase their national visibility as well as, through interaction with investors, potential mentors and market experts, to boost the value proposal under development.
NONAGON is the Region's first Science and Technology Park, an initiative of the Azorean Government, through the Vice-Presidency and in partnership with Lagoa City Hall. Its primary goal is to promote the coordination between public and private sectors and the University, thus promoting the creation of a new paradigm of development.
This Science and Technology Park is also intended to become a catalyst for synergies in the processes of technological transfer of the innovation ecosystem of the Azores.
