The beneficiaries of regional ADSE (civil servants' welfare system) will now have at their disposal a new computer support tool through the electronic space ADSE Açores at the following address: http://sigadse.azores.gov.pt.
Through this space, the Regional Public Administration workers, who are also the beneficiaries of ADSE, may access their account, consult the status of the documents submitted, view the reimbursements already made, issue reimbursement complementary declaration forms or print them to include in the income tax declaration.
In addition, this space will make available to all health care providers with contract with ADSE a new service to update information on the places where health services are rendered with the possibility of requesting authorisation for new locations.
The new service is available at "ADSE Direta" and aims to meet the conditions to ensure the electronic update of information and identify the places where health services are rendered in the billing files.
Furthermore, the Citizen Card has been adopted as means of authentication for the service portal "Segurança Social Direta" (Direct Social Security).
The new tools were created under the Administrative Simplification and Modernisation Project (ProSIMA) that was promoted by the Azorean Government, through the Vice-Presidency, with the strategic purpose of guiding regional public administration for an increasingly effective response to the needs of citizens and companies.
